Foss Waterway

Just completed phase one of a design process that actively involved over 50 educators and experts from throughout Puget Sound through facilitated sessions and surveys. The results will help shape a major facility renovation/ expansion and inform program development for marine and environmental science and maritime education on the Foss Waterway Seaport in Tacoma.

Norma is currently leading a dynamic and engaging strategic planning process with Humanities Washington’s board and staff to create a new 3 year plan.

Currently in the middle of a visioning and big goal setting process with Capitol Hill Housing. They are looking ahead to 2030!

Fare Start

We just finished a dynamic and fast paced project with Kitchens with Mission and Fare Start. Our assignment was to design and facilitate a National Summit of like-minded organizations.

Seattle Public Utilities

We’re excited to be back working with Seattle Public Utilities (SPU). Steve worked with Diana Gale and her executive team during her tenure as Director of the agency in the 1990s. We are currently conducting an executive 360 evaluation and feedback process using our individual leadership assessment tool. Next month we’ll begin working with the extended leadership team to develop a team charter and SPU’s individual leadership competencies.

Seattle Public Library

Currently planning and designing an executive team retreat for the Seattle Public Library. The team is currently managing the pressures of decreased funding, furloughs, and service cutbacks.

Wave Broadband Employee Survey

Just completed a comprehensive employee survey for Wave Broadband’s 9 field offices and central operations HQ. We piloted a new assessment tool we developed this year using our Trust/Task/Team framework. We (and the client) are very pleased with the insights and direct improvement strategies indicated through the survey results. We used the survey results with their middle management group and executive team to design company wide improvement strategies.
